IPSO is a society of traditional Catholics. IPSO derives it's name from Christ, as in the Minor Elevation of the Mass:

Per Ipsum, et cum Ipso, et in Ipso.

(Through Him, and with Him, and in Him).


IPSO, or Information Piety Society of Orthodoxy for short, sprang to life in Harrisburg, PA in the mid 2000's. As our friends in the Traditional Latin Mass movement grew, our website was born, on Christmas Eve, in the Year of Our Lord 2006. Catholics throughout the world, from every continent, have been to our site and that still amazes us.

IPSO's hope is that Jesus Christ reigns as King in each of our lives, completely, at every moment, in all our thoughts, words, actions and desires.
